Located on the S floor of the hotel, the Verodes Restaurant is located across the charming Patio Palmeras, a space that stands out for its spectacular vertical garden made up of bejeques and verodes, two of the most emblematic plants of the city’s historic rooftops.

In this restaurant, you can enjoy our breakfast service, the only one offered in buffet format, as well as lunches and dinners, available with a delicious menu of the day or an exquisite ‘à la carte’ selection.

Breakfast is served in a large buffet, which includes a selection of handmade pastries prepared with dedication by our pastry chef Mary.

The daily menu includes a carefully selected choice of three first courses, three main courses and two dessert options, always offering a vegetarian alternative to suit all tastes.
